A special project in Skit Jnana, right near Rcif: a Dar and a Mesrya, together around 230 m², each with its own entrance. Two parts, one whole — with endless possibilities.

 

The Dar has its own entrance and is spread over the ground floor, the first floor and a terrace. You enter through a patio, where light falls from above and the spaces unfold around it. The structure is traditional: thick walls, high ceilings, wooden beams and artisanal finishes. The Dar has been partially and structurally renovated — the foundations are solid, the frame is ready, and what remains is the finishing according to your own taste. This Dar has its own character, with a semi-modern traditional style. The owner of the Dar supervised the works himself. He enlarged certain spaces and ensured maximum comfort.

 

The Mesrya also has its own entrance, its own patio, four rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The Mesrya offers plenty of space and has a warm, cosy concept.

 

Together, they offer space for a large family, for two households, or for a creative project in which living and renting reinforce each other.

 

On top is a large terrace, with views over the rooftops of Rcif and the minarets of Fez. There is space to sit, to dry, to breathe — and to think about what this house can still become.

 

The Dar and Mesrya are adoulaire and require further renovation, but the base is laid.
