Sold – Dar 2107, Ras Zaouya

This Dar really stands out because of the multitude of decorations. The house was built 300 to 400 years ago.

The old decorations are well preserved.

As you can see in the photos, the Dar is richly decorated with colored carved plasterwork, mosaic, marble, carved and painted woodwork.

The walls and pillars are beautifully decorated with ceramics.

The ceilings are painted, still in their original form. There are large rooms in the house, often with an attached storage room.

On the terrace you have an attached room that used to serve as a salon for the ladies.

An apartment with room and bathroom in the Riad. That is called a Maserya. At that time it was the residence of the eldest son and his wife. This with a separate entrance.
