A special whole in Rcif, close to the lively gateway of the medina: a Dar with two Mesrya’s and three shops, together around 350 m². Three parts, each with its own entrance, its own staircase and its own terrace. A rare combination of living, renting and doing business in one place.

 

The Dar has its own entrance and is spread over the ground floor, a mezzanine, the first floor and a terrace. You enter through the patio, where light falls from above and the spaces unfold around it. Three doors in the patio lead you to the terrace.
