Old characterful traditional dar with its own cosiness. The house is about 400 years old and has been well maintained and is always inhabited. Striking are the painted cedar ceilings and doors, the sculpted plasterwork, the zellig floors and stairs. The large doors opening onto the patio are traditionally decorated on a red background.

The ceilings are sculpted and richly painted. The sculpted plasterwork is typical of the architectural style in the period of the Merinides. This consists of figures such as flowers and geometric shapes. These are also lightly colored here. There is a variety of colored faiences, cement tiles and mosaic floors (zellig).

The house has 2 rooms downstairs and 3 large spacious rooms with high ceilings on the first floor. The roof is built by wooden beams that give the typical opening to the Dar.

The house has a panoramic view from the terrace. The dar lights up in the slope of the medina and you have a view of the mosque of Qalqliyne.
